In lieu of the encroaching Halloween holiday, Kennebunk is hosting a medley of fun events. From costume themed events, pumpkin inspired crafts, and haunted walks its a horrifyingly delightful event for all ages!
This weekend, the Animal Welfare Society will be decked out for a haunted Walk. There will be guided tours, live entertainment and of course, lots of candy. Admission is $5 for ages 8 and up.

Next weekend, the Brick Museum is opening its doors to present their costume collection. You will get to see how people used to celebrate the Halloween tradition from out of the 19th and 20th century.
A few towns away from Kennebunk is OgunquitFest hosting an assortment of events for all ages. During this weekend event, there will be races, wagon rides, costumed parades and pumpkin decorating contests and much more.
On the day of Halloween, Federal Jack’s Restaurant will present a scary Haunted House walk for the kids to enjoy. Kids and adults can indulge in some tasty treats and special witches brew. Be sure to walk through Kennebunk and Kennebunkport where merchants will be handing out goodies for all dressed up for the Halloween tradition.
